NEI GONG & PRACTICAL WING CHUN WEEKEND

Join us in our beautiful medieval city from Friday 2 June as we once again host International Master Sifu Benno Wai.

Take this opportunity to learn from a true world class master of Practical Wing Chun and an authority on Nei Gong.

• Friday. 18:00 - 20:00. The topic will be the Internal Engine, Xin Fa Nei Gong. Broadly meaning 'life energy exercises’ Nei Gong consists of focused awareness, breathing and gentle body exercises to improve physical and mental health. Nei Gong addresses ‘‘the root’’ or underlying balance in the body & mind. Xin Fa Nei Gong is adapted for martial arts, featuring fighting postures, positions and purpose.    

  Investment- £25 for UCT members. £75 for non members.

• Saturday. 13:00 - 16:00. A workshop on Chi Sau (Gor Sau) and the opportunity to take an exam for the members of UCT Winchester.

  Investment- £47 for UCT members only.

• Sunday. Session 1 10:00 - 12:00, session 2 13:00 - 15:00. There will be a workshop in the field of free applications and the Eight Punching Method.

  Investment £50 for UCT members. £150 for non members.
