Club Events
Through the year you can attend training seminars here in Winchester, at our sister club in Cambridge and at the UCT International HQ in Amsterdam. These exciting events give you the chance to train with Sifu Benno Wai and other international Kung Fu masters, achieve grading certification and explore different aspects of Kung Fu. We also always take the opportunity to eat out & socialise.
Annual UCT membership cost £39 and entitles you to big discounts on all our seminars both in the UK and internationally. Membership enables you to attend our twice weekly Kung Fu classes in Winchester. You will also benefit from being able to track and record your progress, completing certification events & getting your UCT membership book stamped.

UCT SUMMERCAMP 2023
Summertime once again brings us the awesome UCT Summer Camp in Amsterdam!
2nd August to 6 August, five days of excellent training in the various areas of combat training and a chance to enjoy a truly delightful city.
During these camps you have the opportunity to focus on your own growth in KungFu and the related fighting skills. With the best instruction one can get. Don’t miss it and register on time!
We will cover: Nei Gong (taking care of your internal machine), Practical Wing Chun, Sathyong Kuen (duel fighting training as done in Muay Thai and boxing), Escrima Concepts (how to use weapons most effectively ) and Jiu Jitsu (breaking and strangling)

Investment: 333 euros for the entire camp (per day 75 euros) If you are there for the entire camp, you can also participate in the special evening seminars on the Mok Yan Jong (Wooden Dummy) and the Bart Cham Dao!

NEI GONG & PRACTICAL WING CHUN WEEKEND
Winchester Sport and Leisure Centre- Squash Court No. 4.
Join us in our beautiful medieval city from Friday 2 June as we once again host International Master Sifu Benno Wai.
Take this opportunity to learn from a true world class master of Practical Wing Chun and an authority on Nei Gong.
Friday. 18:00 - 20:00. The topic will be the Internal Engine, Xin Fa Nei Gong. Broadly meaning 'life energy exercises’ Nei Gong consists of focused awareness, breathing and gentle body exercises to improve physical and mental health. Nei Gong addresses ‘‘the root’’ or underlying balance in the body & mind. Xin Fa Nei Gong is adapted for martial arts, featuring fighting postures, positions and purpose.
Investment- £25 for UCT members. £75 for non members.
Saturday. 13:00 - 16:00. A workshop on Chi Sau (Gor Sau) and the opportunity to take an exam for the members of UCT Winchester.
Investment- £47 for UCT members only.
Sunday. Session 1 10:00 - 12:00, session 2 13:00 - 15:00. There will be a workshop in the field of free applications and the Eight Punching Method.
